CAPE TOWN - The Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises continues its inquiry into mismanagement of state funds at Eskom.

 

 

The power utility&39;s head of generation Matshela Koko gives evidence on Wednesday.

Koko’s presentation was distributed on Tuesday, and he&39;s implicating former board chair Zola Tsotsi in illicit payments.

He claims he was suspended for failing to make the payments to a Japanese company.

Koko and former chief financial officer, Anoj Sigh were asked to resign in the interest of the company.

Singh resigned on Monday, but it&39;s not yet clear if Koko will follow suit.
