CAPE TOWN - Parliament now has until August to figure out how to amend current policies and make good on their promise to allow land expropriation without compensation.
Three-quarters of MPs have backed the measure, which has been a cause for both celebration and concern.
Some question whether the vote is a matter of too little too late, as a number of land claimants have been waiting decades for their applications to be processed.
