JOHANNESBURG – President Jacob Zuma's famous laugh could be heard when the EFF and parliamentary security officers scuffled during the State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Thursday.
The Sona was disrupted when Economic Freedom Fighters MPs came to blows with parliamentary protection officers.
Zuma was able to continue with his speech only after the EFF MPs were booted out of the National Assembly.
The DA MPs also walked out of the Sona.
