South African ruling Party African National Congress Secretary General Ace Magashule gives a press briefing on February 13, 2018 on the outcome of the ANC National Executive Committee, in Johannesburg at the African National Congress Headquarters.
PARYS - Ace Magashule has lashed out at critics, claiming those who accuse him of corruption want to sabotage his career.
Magashule delivered his final State of the Province Address (SOPA) as Free State Premier in Parys on Tuesday night.
The politician will vacate his post at the end of March to assume the full-time post of ANC Secretary General at Luthuli House.
Magashule has lauded the Free State&39;s successes, including the province&39;s 86 percent matric pass rate.
He&39;s thanked supporters and says his enemies are unworthy of attention.
Despite being dogged by associations with the controversial Estina Dairy Project, Magashule says he&39;ll continue to fight fraud and corruption.
