CAPE TOWN - MPs debated President Cyril Ramaphosa’s maiden State of the Nation Address in Parliament on Monday.
Ramaphosa made bold commitments in Friday's speech and put out a uniting call to all South Africans.
He hinted at toning down, what he called, a bloated cabinet.
