A fishing trawler caught alight at a container terminal in the Cape Town harbour.
CAPE TOWN - Cape Town port officials are investigating the cause of a fire on board a fishing vessel at the city's harbour on Wednesday.
Crew members were evacuated unharmed.
The Verona Port Villa caught fire while docked at one of the main quays.
It was packed with about 800,000 styrofoam containers.
Port firefighting teams worked closely with the City of Cape Town’s fire and emergency services to hose down the blaze.
