JOHANNESBURG – Murder-accused Christopher Panayiotou will find out on Friday if his bail application has been successful.
The Port Elizabeth businessman is accused of arranging his wife Jayde Panayiotou&39;s kidnapping and murder in April last year.
Its his third attempt at bail.
Panayioutou&39;s lawyers insisted the bail attempt was based on new facts.
They also allege that police assaulted Panayiotou&39;s former employee Luthando Siyoli in order to force a confession out of him.
A trial date has been set for October.
