JOHANNESBURG – Protesters in Vosloorus have marched to the local police station, demanding that the investigation into Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa's murder be concluded.

Meyiwa, who was also the goalkeeper for Orlando Pirates, was shot dead two years ago in Vosloorus, Ekurhuleni, while visiting his girlfriend, actress Kelly Khumalo.

The Pirates supporters want the police to expedite the case.

Protest leaders were expected to hand over a memorandum to the station commander.
