JOHANNESBURG -- Luthuli House will on Friday accommodate a team of religious leaders from the National Religious Leaders Council and the South African Council of Churches.
On the agenda between the councils and the governing party&39;s top six, will be President Jacob Zuma&39;s leadership and the "crisis" the country is faced with.
The church leaders requested the meeting after releasing a statement earlier this week, saying President Zuma had lost all morality to govern.
They are expected to request party leaders to take decisive action against Zuma.

The church leaders say the president&39;s apology following last week’s Constitutional Court&39;s Nkandla judgement is simply not enough and believe the events have laid bare the leadership crisis in the country.
President Zuma was last week was found to have violated the Constitution by refusing to pay back a percentage of the money spent to ugrade his Nkandla homestead, after findings by the Public Protector Thuli Madonsela calling on him to do so.
He apologised the next day, blaming his decision on bad legal advice.
Opposition parties, ANC veterans and many citizens have since been up in arms, calling for Zuma to be removed from office.
A bid to do so via impeachment failed in Parliament on Tuesday evening, with ANC MPs voting to keep the President.
They have also refused to issue an apology to Public Protector Thuli Madonsela.
