PRETORIA - A riot broke out at Pretoria's Kgosi Mampuru II Prison on Sunday; officials say inmates attacked warders with makeshift weapons.

The prisoners say they're unhappy with how the facility deals with issues around parole.

The warders used dogs‚ electric shields and pepper spray to contain the situation.
