SACP joins Gordhan support marches


The SACP will be picketing outside eNCA's Johannesburg offices on Friday morning.

JOHANNESBURG – The SACP will join Wednesday's pickets in support of Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan.

The party said it has been granted permission to picket outside the Pretoria High Court and is calling on South Africans to join in their numbers.

The EFF, DA and Save SA have also indicated they'll support Gordhan who faces fraud charges.

Civil society groups and political parties have planned march in support of Gordhan and against state capture.

eNCA's Annika Larsen spoke to former Constitutional Court justice Johann Kriegler, who believes the pledges of support could be a turning point for the country.
