JOHANNESBURG – The family of murdered SABC board member Hope Zinde say they are trying to find a way to be there for the deceased’s son.

The 23-year-old Mark appeared in the Brits Magistrate&39;s Court on Monday, accused of murdering his own mother and stuffing her body in the boot of her car.

Zinde&39;s body was found on Saturday.

It is believed the 50-year old was killed earlier in the week.

The court case was postponed to Friday to allow for a psychological evaluation of the accused.

Mark has been charged with his mother&39;s murder as well as possession of an illegal substance.

Zinde’s family is now busy making funeral arrangements.
