JOHANNESBURG - VBS Mutual Bank customers are expected to show up at Nedbank branches in their numbers on Friday to access their money.

The bank was placed under curatorship earlier this year amid allegations of mismanagement and fraud.

The Reserve Bank has subsequently made provisions for VBS customers to access up to R100-thousand of their funds through Nedbank.
Bank authorities are confident most of the 23,000 affected customers will receive all money owed to them.
