The 25-year-old put his life on the line for the safety of others. He followed the drunk driver by using his hazards to warn others.
Several cars manage to swerve, preventing a head-on collision.
The drunk driver eventually gave up after being cornered by several traffic officials.
The 71-year-old driver faces charges of drunk driving, reckless and negligent driving and possession of an illegal firearm.
