JOHANNESBURG – An Al Jazeera documentary claims State Security Minister David Mahlobo is friends with a Chinese rhino horn trafficker.
In a video secretly recorded, a massage parlour owner in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, Guan Jiang Guang, brags about his alleged association with the minister.
Mahlobo has denied these claims.
