WATCH: Official ceremony to hand over bodies of SCOAN victims

PRETORIA - The remains of 74 people killed in the collapse of the church guest house in Lagos, Nigeria, have returned home.

The plane carrying the bodies touched down at Waterkloof Air Force Base just before 10am on Sunday morning. 

The bodies were received by three cabinet ministers -- Jeff Radebe, the Minister in the Presidency, Aaron Motshoaledi, the Health Minister and Bathabile Dlamini, the minister of social development.  

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa is due to deliver the keynote address.
