President Jacob Zuma's exit from office edged closer as party leaders were summoned to an urgent meeting.
JOHANNESBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma will on Friday make his first public appearance since resigning last week.
He will take part in a talk on radical economic transformation in Alexandra, Johannesburg, on Friday morning.
Zuma stepped down on 14 February after the ANC asked him to resign.
He said he was not happy with the decision, and asked his party to explain its reasons for recalling him.
