The Boks lifted the Webb Ellis trophy in1995 on home soil and again in 2007 in France but since then New Zealand have won it twice in succession.

Habana, who won the World Cup in 2007, says the Springboks showed promise in 2018 and expects that they will get better as the World Cup approaches.

The 2007 World Rugby Player of the Year, believes Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus will have no problems in having the players well prepared for the global showpiece in September.
