JOHANNESBURG - The South African Football Association was not happy with suggestions of matches being played behind closed doors.

Sports Minister Nathi Mthethwa gave the PSL the go-ahead, to look into playing domestic matches behind closed doors.

But SAFA has insisted that matches remain suspended due to the threat of COVID-19.

SAFA President Dr Danny Jordaan says SAFA's decision is final and binding.
