JOHANNESBURG - Cricket South Africa's new domestic system will feature two tiers consisting of eight and seven teams, respectively.
The divisions will remain the same for 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons before the promotion-regulation aspect will come into effect.
The principle of the system is based on the David Richardson report.
Former ICC Chief Executive Richardson says once promotion-relegation is in effect, it will help against complacency.
