Ten years ago, Jordy Smith won the World Junior Championship. Now he sits on the brink of fulfilling a life-long dream of adding the coveted senior title to his name.
JOHANNESBURG - South Africa’s Jordy Smith is in prime position to claim surfing’s premier prize.
He heads to Europe next month to compete in France and Portugal with a commanding lead at the top of the WSL Championship Tour standings.
