JOHANNESBURG – South Africans are hyped up for Bafana Bafana’s crunch Africa Cup of Nations quarterfinal clash against bitter rivals Nigeria.
South Africa started their Afcon campaign slowly losing to Ivory Coast, got a narrow win over neighbours Namibia before finishing their group stage campaign with a defeat to Morocco.
However, a spirited performance against hosts Egypt in the last 16 has given South Africans a reason to rally behind the national side.

Many believed Bafana Bafana will not be in the last eight before the Egypt match.
Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter is yet to lose against The Super Eagles. In three matches Baxter has two wins and a draw.
