JOHANNESBURG - The Velokhaya Cycling Club has gone from strength to strength since being opened in Khayelitsha in Cape Town.

Their biggest success story to date is 19-year old Anita Zenani, the only female in their BMX team. 

Anita’s interest in the sport was sparked when she saw her sister taking on the track with the boys.

After joining the Velokhaya Cycling Club, she found her passion in BMX riding.
