JOHANNESBURG - Bafana Bafana forward Percy Tau joins an elite group of South African footballers who have played in the Premier League.

After what has felt like an eternity for many South African football fans, the long wait to see the beloved, talismanic Tau in the colours of Brighton & Hove Albion has finally come to pass.

Tau trained with his new Premier League teammates for the first time on Thursday and seems poised for a debut soon.

Quinton Fortune, Steven Pienaar, Lucas Radebe and Uefa Champions League winner Benni McCarthy, made a substantial impact on the English game. Something Tau is without a doubt looking to replicate.

Former Bafana Bafana captains, Aaron Mokoena and Radebe spoke to eNCA on Tau's move to England.
