JOHANNESBURG - A month ago, it was a festive mood for the Safa National Women's League.

The association was celebrating the relative success of the inaugural league season while counting down to the beginning of the next term.

But, as eNCA's Hloni Mtimkulu reports, those plans have been put on ice, for now.
