COVID-19 Vaccine | Human rights & vaccine passport

The country has been moved to level 2 lockdown and that means larger gatherings, so political parties can campaign ahead of the local government elections. There are concerns that this may end up being super spreader evets. At the same time, government is working on introducing a vaccine passport but there are questions about whether this would lead to discrimination against those who don't want the vaccine or those who can't access it.
