JOHANNESBURG - City Power is calling police and residents to defend its technicians.
Last week, cable theft led to an outage in Rosettenville and an unexplained fire brought down the Eldorado Park substation.
While residents of Eldos started a night-watch against cable theft, City Power officials were threatened in Rosettenville.
