JOHANNESBURG - Labour Minister Thulas Nxesi says quotas need to be imposed on foreign workers, and semi-skilled employment needs to be regulated.

This comes as the EFF inspects businesses to check the ratio of foreign to local workers.

Meanwhile, the Patriotic Alliance says it’s trying to root out illegal foreign shops in the townships.
