Significantly colder temperatures are expected for the eastern parts of South Africa. It's going to be a very chilly Friday for KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga. Temperatures remain cool in the Eastern Cape, but things start to heat up in the west.
Parts of Mpumalanga, KZN and the Free State can expect a 60% chance of rain on Friday. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected for Gauteng, North West and parts of the Eastern Cape and Free State on Friday morning, but with a second band of showers possible in Gauteng in the afternoon. It'll be a dry Friday in the west.
