The most recent cold snap brings cold minimum temperatures to South Africa's interior overnight.
Cooler air reaches the eastern parts of South Africa on Monday. It'll be a cold day for parts of the eastern- and south eastern interior. Temperatures remain warm for the northern parts of the country.
A few morning showers remain along the Eastern Cape coast. Cloudy weather and light rain is forecast along the north eastern escarpment. Gauteng and the eastern Free State can expect the first isolated thunderstorms of the season on Monday. Isolated showers are possible throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
