MSF in need of more medical staff to manage Ebola spread.
JOHANNESBURG - The World Health Organization has set up a regional centre in Guinea to respond to the Ebola outbreak.
It says tracking and treating the virus has been the biggest challenge as the rural population often mistrust foreign doctors and fail to follow their advice.
MSF (Doctors without Borders) has also set up a response centre in Sierra Leone where the infections are increasing rapidly.
