High Court sets aside controversial R5bn contract awarded to Mthunzi Mdwaba

PRETORIA - The Pretoria High Court has set aside the controversial R5-billion contract awarded by the Labour Dapartment's Unemployment Insurance Fund to businessman Mthunzi Mdwaba of Thuja Capital. 

Acting Judge Japie Maritz has also ordered Mdwaba to stop defaming Minister Thulas Nxesi.
