Labour Minister to file defamatory application against Mthunzi Mdwaba

PRETORIA - The Labour Minister will be filing a defamatory application against businessman Mthunzi Mdwaba.

That's the word from his adviser, Lumko  Mtimde.

This after the High Court in Pretoria set aside the controversial 5-billion-rand UIF contract awarded to Mdwaba's Thuja Capital.
