2024 elections | Political parties in high gear to woo voters

JOHANNESBURG - Former ANC president Thabo Mbeki was out in Soweto on Thursday, campaigning for the governing party.

Mbeki is one of the party's heavyweights who've been roped in to bolster its campaign ahead of the 29 May polls.

At the same time, the Umkhonto weSizwe Party continued its campaign in Nkandla, following its court victory over the use of the MK name and logo.
