Restore the power grid | GP Health says Charlotte Maxeke remains operational

JOHANNESBURG - Johannesburg's Charlotte Maxeke Hospital is running on back up generators until power supply is restored

The facility experienced a power outage following technical issues at the Ridge substation.

Gauteng Health says supply returned in the early hours of Tuesday morning, but went off again shortly afterwards.

It says the hospital remains in operation.
