Court orders Mthunzi Mdwaba to stop defaming Nxesi

JOHANNESBURG - Labour Minister Thulas Nxesi has secured a major victory in a case related to corruption

The High Court in Pretoria has set aside a R5-billion UIF contract with businessman Mthunzi Mdwaba of Thuja Capital.

Mdwaba had accused Nxesi of trying to solicit a bribe from him.
