Discussion | RAF says turnaround strategy is working

JOHANNESBURG - The Road Accident Fund says its turnaround strategy is addressing roadblocks in the organisation.

It says organisational performance has improved in the past financial year. Settlement claims are now being completed in 120 days.

Medical costs have also been reduced from 3-point-6-billion in 2020 to 2-point-1-billion in 2023. It has also attempted to streamline its claim form process.
