VW to invest billions in Kariega

JOHANNESBURG - Volkswagen Africa Group has announced a R4-billion investment in Kariega, in the Eastern Cape.

It will go towards the manufacture of a third small SUV model from 2027.

The investment reaffirms Volkswagen's commitment to South Africa and the rest of the African continent.
