EAST LONDON - President Cyril Ramaphosa will celebrate 20 year of the Expanded Public Works Programme in East London on Wednesday.

The government programme aims to create work opportunities and income support to the poor.

But over the years, it has been plagued by reports corruption, nepotism, cadre deployment and other drawbacks.
