WATCH | Lesufi and Xhakaza assess Thembisa's challenges

THEMBISA, GP - Gauteng premier Panyaza Lesufi has joined Ekurhuleni mayor Nkosindiphile Xhakaza on a visit to Thembisa, where poor service delivery remains a major concern. 

In his budget speech, Xhakaza vowed to face these challenges head-on. Pule Letshwiti-Jones tagged along to hear the leaders' plans to address the service delivery shortfalls.
