WATCH | PSA comments on govt's salary expenditure

JOHANNESBURG - The Public Servants Associations has over the years been in the spotlight, claiming that their workers are overworked and underpaid. 

However, the Public Service and Administration Minister Noxolo Kieviet has revealed another side to the coin.

Over the last year, the government spent R45.4 billion on salaries of employees. over R1 million a year.
