2024 elections | IEC, MK battle in ConCourt

JOHANNESBURG - The highest court in the land is hearing an appeal application by the IEC,
seeking clarity on the Electoral Court's ruling allowing former president Jacob Zuma to stand in this month's elections.

Several organisations have been accepted as friends of the court and are fully behind the IEC's decision to approach the Constitutional Court.
