ANC demands DA’s cadre deployment records

CAPE TOWN - It's a political tit-for-tat.

The country's two biggest parties are engaged in a war over cadre deployment records.

After losing out to the DA in court over its cadre deployment policy, the ANC wants to give the DA a taste of its own medicine.

It has now submitted a Promotion of Access to Information Act application to access information on the DA’s deployment of its members to positions in the Western Cape between 2009 and 2024.
