No-confidence vote | Ekurhuleni mayor says he feels betrayed

JOHANNESBURG - Stabbed in the back on the Ekurhuleni council floor.

That's what Sivuyile Ngodwana says he feels like after being ousted as mayor.

His political allies, the Super 7 parties, voted for Action SA's motion of no confidence.

His only other ally in council, the ANC, abstained.

Speaker Nthabiseng Tshivhenga survived the motion of no confidence against her.
