WESTERN CAPE - The battle for Western Cape votes is intensifying just six weeks until South Africans make their mark.

Since 2009, the DA has reigned supreme in the province but now some polls suggest their majority could be under threat.

on Monday, the party held a picket outside outside the SASSA’s offices in Gugulethu where they blamed the ANC for the spiralling cost of living.
