JOHANNESBURG - The 21st Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture is taking place on Tuesday. Nobel Peace Laureate Malala Yousafzai will deliver the lecture in Johannesburg.
Tomorrow marks also marks ten years since the death of the former South African president.
