JOHANNESBURG - Energy expert Sampson Mamphweli says the possible introduction of power ships will cost less than initially predicted.
The Transport Department announced this week that it is granted licences for Turkish company Karpowership to dock at three South African ports.
Meanwhile, South Africans are facing a dark, cold winter because the implementation of the Energy Action Plan has stalled.
This is according to Mamphweli, as the country faces the worst year on record for rolling blackouts.
