WATCH | OUTA: E-tolls removal hot air and meaningless talk

JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Premier, Panyaza Lesufi, has outlined his priority tasks in the province, which include the scrapping of e-tolls.

However, the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse says e-tolls are a national and not provincial issue.
