WATCH | 'Phala Phala is Nkandla 2.0': Analyst

JOHANNESBURG - Political analyst Vusi Gumbi says if President Cyril Ramaphosa ever steps down, it will most likely be because of the Phala Phala farm saga.

He says it bears a lot of similarities to former president Jacob Zuma's Nkandla scandal.

Meanwhile Gumbi says that the President's address on Sunday was simply a waste of time.

Ramaphosa detailed wide-ranging measures to implement the recommendations of the Zondo Commission.
