North West Transport Investments saga drags on

JOHANNESBURG - The situation is getting desperate for North West Transport Investments employees.

They have not been paid salaries for the past nine months, and their court bid to remove the entity's business rescue practitioner, Thomas Samson, has been delayed once again.

Samson approached the High Court in Pretoria challenging an earlier judgment which deemed him unfit to run the bus company’s affairs.

The High Court reserved judgment.
